1、Method Compatibility

TCS-23 is compatible with a variety of clearing and staining reagents and methods. Any one of the three chambers can achieve simultaneous clearing or staining process of up to 12 mouse brains (or similar volume samples). With 12 independent wells, clearing or staining processes are guaranteed to be effective and uniform.

2、Independent Chambers

TCS-23 is equipped with three independent temperature control chambers covering the common clearing and staining temperature range to ensure the quality of the experiment

?High Temp Chamber (RT – 40℃): commonly used for fast clearing and staining process

?RT Chamber (RT): for most clearing and staining process

?Low Temp Chamber (4℃ - RT): used for slow process like overnight clearing

3、Integrated Shaker

Customized high bearing shaking table can carry three chambers to rotate in accordance with the established speed. Constant oscillation guarantees even and quick penetration of reagents, improving process speed and effect.

4、Touch Screen

TCS-23 is equipped with a 5-inch touch screen, which allows all operations without additional connected devices. The screen displays the current chamber temperature, off/on, oscillation base speed and other information in real time. With the touch function, you can quickly adjust the parameters.

5、Clearing efficiency

With the help of TCS-23, many organs like heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, intestine, etc. can be efficiently cleared, laying a good foundation for subsequent three-dimensional imaging.

6、Staining diversity

After the clearing is completed, immunofluorescence staining can be continued on TCS-23. Good temperature control and continuous oscillation ensure that the antibody is uniformly and quickly bound to the target sites, and excellent imaging results can be obtained later.
